Ah Hong, a teenager who failed the college entrance exam, loses his memory after an accident. His soul wanders among different life forms—a kapok tree, a big black dog, and a turtle dove. In the seeming blankness of life, he finds a different angle from which to re-examine his childhood and adolescence.
